An ad can earn the click. The landing page needs to answer what comes next: what is the offer and what should the visitor do? Before investing, align the ad, page and form with the same audience and goal.
1. Choose one main action
Decide whether you want an enquiry, booking or quote request. Use a button that explains what will happen, such as “Request a quote” or “Tell us what you need”. Repeat it where visitors have enough information to act.
2. Deliver the promise in the ad
If the ad offers a WooCommerce store, the first screen should explain that offer. Show what is included, who it is for and an example of your work. Use FAQs to answer real decisions, such as timing or what the customer needs to prepare.
3. Ask for information you will use
Start with the fields your team needs to respond. Mark optional questions clearly. Test on mobile and make sure the confirmation explains when or how to expect a response.
4. Measure successful enquiries and review quality
A button click and a completed form submission are different events. Verify that a conversion is recorded after a successful submission and that the team can identify the originating campaign.
Then compare enquiry volume with the relevance of the opportunities, rather than evaluating the campaign by clicks alone.
5. Prepare follow-up before running ads
Submit a test enquiry and follow it through to the inbox or CRM. Confirm that someone receives it, has enough information to answer and knows when to follow up. Agree on duplicate handling across channels.
